The place was gorgeous (the entire town was) and the people were really lovely - I love how much of a close family the town is like. Everyone was so friendly. it was all very clean and the shower was amazing. Tip: when heading up to the castle (which you absolutely MUST do), take some cat food with you - there are some really friendly kitties up there that love tourist attention!. Very romantic place, located on the nice square in the town. Room is smaller, than it seems in a pictures, but quite camfortable. Wery clean. The breakfast is really good. You can choose one of several diches and have a cap of coffe rigt on the square with the mountain view. That is great! The Staff was friendly. Also there is a shop with the post box across the street.
所有评语 » The location is not only central in the village of Mystras, but is only minutes away from the ruins of Mystras, which is worth the trip. The rooms have a lot of character having been restored in the stone and wood of the traditional village buildings. The owners have a large restaurant as well and served a good breakfast. It was a good value for the money. A nice family ran hotel. We had a rather small room but it served the purpose as we only stayed 1 night. Owners are very friendly and the restaurant is also good. Situated on the square of the city. Our room was very quiet but was located on the back peaceful back side of the hotel. The bathroom was functional with a large shower. Perfect position on a charming village square for observation of local life (if you have a front-facing room), delightful and warm welcome from the owners, delicious home-cooking (so good that we ate both lunch and dinner, by the wood fire, in the attractive dining room, pretty stone-built façade.. We stayed here for a couple of nights, and enjoyed our stay very much. It's a great location in the centre of the town, good for exploring the ruins and the surrounding area. We got a room at the back, though it is small, it was very quiet and restful. Thank you very much. The countryside atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, very relaxing, Hotel owner is very helpful, he gave a lot transport relevant information as the information is not so easy to get in the countryside, I would say Mystras Inn is a friendly and comfortable place to stay,. In early season the village was calm so the noise was not a problem at all. The balcony is very nic and we have enjoyed the view to the central place of the village. The food in the restaurant was Ok (better than in more touristic place in Greece) and not expensive. The host and his whole family were gracious and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The inn is situated in a lively town square. Food was excellent. Overall we had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and it is within walking distance of the Byzantine town of Mystra. Delicious breakfast served in a delightful private terrace. Good restaurant too!. Great location right on the town square, clean, really well run and professional. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well. It was great value for money. Good location just on the main square of the little town. Big and cosy room, with good bathroom and shower. Nice and friendly availability of the owner Iannes. Traditional stone/wood rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts including freshly picked blackberries, voghurt, honey and melon. One of the most interesting places we stayed. The room was charming, but a little small. The view of the city from the balcony was beautiful. very nice location, good restaurant (both for dinner and breakfast), parking on the spot, pleasant rooms with Mystra in view, nice owners. Best location to visit the area. - good staff - good breakfast. everything. the owners were extremely friendly and helped us with information wherever they could. One of the rooms wasn't very comfortable but they gave us another room the next day. they drove us up the mountain so we could hike the summit of Profitis Elias. It was close to the ancient mystras,clean,we had a nice terras looking over the little main square. We had a courtyard view room and the window was right over the bed. So my head was cold during the night. Be carefull. The wifi did not work due to the thick stone walls, an issue which the owner is well aware of and looking for a solution. Breakfast is basic. Being in the heart of the village, opposite the old-fashioned kafenions, bakery, grocery and the turning point for the local bus does mean that it would be difficult to sleep in late, but who would want to when wonderful Mystras beckons exploration? However, even though we like hard beds, the beds were a trifle too hard, and the sound-proofing between the rooms not the best. That would not deter as from another visit because everything else was a delight. The wifi signal is a bit weak, cannot receive it in the room, but on the balcony it is fine, wifi is quite important element for a traveler, this is the only weakness of Mystras Inn, others are very nice,. When we wake up we both have pain in the back and next. The ground floor room was next to the outdoor restaurant so was a bit noisy and dark. room on the ground floor, without any view. Curtains was to be kept shut all time. They don't take credit cards, there was no warning in advance that it was cash only, and there's no ATM in Mystras. The boss was willing to run me into Sparta - though in the end I went myself to get more cash. The manager was very brief in his description of what the hotel included and I had to find him to find out what the wifi code was. the price is a bit high the breakfast is very minimal. small room poor wifi in the room. No wifi in the room. it didnt look like a hotel,but like a few rooms above a restaurant.they were friendly,but easy.too expensive for what you got.sparta is not far,so maybe a better idea. The shower was very small. You could choose from 3 sorts of breakfast,not very much (because of the price).
