  Convenient location-it may appear to be a distance from the Acropolis on the map but once you have your bearings, is an easy walk. The hotel has been renovated in the meantime, but its essence remained unchanged – the cosy, relaxed atmosphere which makes you feel very welcome - Very friendly staff. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly. Breakfast was good and substantial. Location is very convenient. It takes 20 min from the hotel to Acropolis

The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home. I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.

  The value for money....excellent for it's location, and having staied in a triple we had a great view of the Acropolis :). - Proximity to the centre of Athens. The staff were very helpful. Thebreakfast was lovely and the rooms clean the view was spectacular fromthe rooftop balcony.

  It was a very nice place. The room was tiny but very well put together, the bathroom was very efficiently put together as well. The staff were very helpful. Very much liked it. - The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good once you know how to get around the city.

  Athinais Hotel is perfect. Great location in a nice area. The room and bathroom are very clean. Some rooms have a balcony, some others have a nice view on Licavitos.The staff is friendly. Breakfast starts at 6.30, that is usefull if you have to travel early. Free wi fi in the room.
