English: In this hotel we had a remarkable stay. This is a very clean, the rooms are well equipped, is very well located (5 minutes from the beach and the party ^^) and the reception is excellent. I really recommend it. Français: Dans cet hôtel, nous avons eu un séjour remarquable. 所有评语 » Highly recomend!!! Kosta at reception made our stay unforgettable. Kosta went way beyond what I would expect from hotel staff to help us with everything. Great advice on where to eat, which beaches to visit and where to party. We will definetly be back in future. Cannot have asked for anything else. Rooms were very affordable, clean and spacious. Short walk to beach and all clubs, no need to catch a cab. Quiet place with pleasant staff and all needed (for me and my family) services. Despite hotel does not have its own restaurant, beach road with plenty of them is only 5 minutes walk from it. Also, the Main road with plenty of shops and communication with other cities is also can be reached by feet in 10 minutes. Also, the hotel bar has a satellite TV - it is a very big plus for all sports fans. My daughter and I were the first guests this year. We were made to feel really welcome by Kostas the manager. Great location, halfway between the bars on the front and the shops. Nothing was too much trouble. Free Wifi was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Many thanks. Everything. We have got an excellent apartment with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Host was very friendly. He was always ready to help us. Maid cleaned room every day. 5 min go to the sea. 5 min go to the super market. Artemis is situated in the city center. Kostas was great. The moment we made the reservation and asked some questions, the responses were very fast and very friendly. He helped us for airport pick up and drop off and planning our trips. The accommodation was clean, nice and we loved the terrace. what a great holiday, the owners we're very helpful and friendly, first time in Crete and would definatley stay there again, everything is near by , shopping and nightlife. clean spacious apartment with 2 balconies. very pleasant, helpful and friendly owners. well located for all amenities including beach, shops, bars, restaurants. It's very excellent hotel.Quiet, central position, Clean sheets and towels every two days, Comfort bed, Air-condition in the room, free Internet in the lobby, . Personnel was excellent! Nice room with bedroom and big balcony. Peaceful place, near beach bulevard. Air-condition was great. Wi-Fi connection was not stable (at 3rd floor at least) - however, we managed to watch movies through Internet when it was ok. Also, the hotel is far from Aqua parks (e.g. the closest one - Star Beach is about 4-5 km away from it) - but, if you have car (or like long evening walks on the seasides - like us), it is not a problem. The sea bottom in the beach closest to hotel is not good. Took me a couple of goes to find it-map isnt too clear. Called hotel direct and got it no problem. The equipment in the kitchen was basic and could be improved. The surroundings were not very nice and no direct view to the sea. pushy waiters trying to get you into their restaurant. Outside is sometimes noisy at night when the window is open. nothing at all to dislike. A/C fees not included in the room price, lack of window screen. wifi was not available in the room (but it might have been our tablet). partially functioning electric stove, two neighboring hotels very very close by. Refrigerator was turned of when you got out the room. You couldn´t adjust the Air-condition.
