It is situated in the city center and the main landmarks- the port, the Archeological museum and the bus stop are easily accessible alike with the main shopping streets.   We stayed in a triple room including aircon which worked well. Room was large enough for 3 people and also included a large balcony with table setting. The hotel is well located to the main ferry port connecting crete to other islands in the cyclades (port is at the end of the street). Wifi connection worked well in our room at the very corner of the hotel on the - One of the best hotels I've stayed in (I'm a business traveler who spends about 200 nights a year in hotel around the world).   The whole hotel was clean and at a comfortable temperature when it was very stuffy outside. When we arrived hungry and tired after 9pm, they recommended a great little place to eat right down the road, away from the hustle and bustle of the City Center (which is also amazingly close and enjoyed the following evening). The rooms are a good size, the shower pressure was great and the balcony was pretty big, complete with a pull out rack for hang-drying clothes. They also pointed us to a drop-off laundrymat nearby.
