  The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The owner was extremely helpful and very welcoming. For a small fee he picked us up from the port and took us to the airport..   We came to this hotel on our honeymoon from the UK and we were definitely not disappointed! The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The seating area around the pool was gorgeous, I made particularly good use of the - My mother and I stayed in a suite for a few days during our two week Greece trip. First we loved the room. It was the largest one in Greece, it had the best bathroom in all the islands we stayed on, and it had the most relaxing views. The pool and hammocks are a must for anyone needing relaxation. I absolutely loved our stay. The hotel owners helped us find the perfect sailing cruise which helped to cement our great Grecian vacation! I honestly loved every minute here and will be coming back.

  The hotel is super! The hotel is very well located - a three-minute walk to the cable car and the stairs that lead to the old port. We had family room. Two floors, two bedrooms, large living room. Couldn't really ask for anything more. If you truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here. And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you really feel catered to.   In the heart of Fira. Metres from the cable car and main tourist shopping area. Everything was within walking distance to Fira. Also the hotel was ideally situated for out of town excursions. 30 metres to our scooter and the main road out of the tourist hub. Staff were excellent, very helpful and professional.   Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry.   My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights it is a family run business. The owners were very helpful and kept the place very clean. The breakfast was also good. The view was exceptional and the price for the hotel was great considering the two hotels on either side was triple in price they did have more amenities. You can see the harbor, the volcano and the island's outline. It's a very private hotel because it's not in the middle of a city: quiet and no crowds around the area. The breakfast was not included (10€...), but we got a room with a kitchen, and we would cook our own breakfast and watch the gorgeous sights. There is also a LIDL supermarket very close if you need it. We also got a car, and the hotel was in a convenient place in the island to visit every spot: Fira, Oia, Akrotiri, P
