  Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. This was very beneficial as we saved money on breakfasts and enjoyed hospitality on our balcony.   The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
