Best Western Premier Hotel Rebstock was a wonderful surprise. We booked it for the pricing, but were completely won over by the friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and the lovely special touches provided. There was a fresh flower in a vase, gummie bear packets on the pillow and even personalized, decorated slippers by the bed. The bathroom had all of the necessary amenities and lots of hot water. The breakfast buffet wars lovely, and there were even some gluten-free options. Great staff, ev.
所有评语 » The Staff was great and the rooms were spacious, clean and luxurious ... including a large bathroom with tub. Fair pricing for parking and mini bar, including welcome waters and wine. Finally, the KUNO restaurant is Michilin star quality with a great Chef and perfect front of the house.... The location is perfect, in walking distance to all main touristic attractions of the city. The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very complete and delicious! Staff kind and helpfull. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The friendliness of the staff. Even though they spoke excellent English they were very patient with my insistence on exercising my German. Vielen dank!. Excellent location with a very helpful, friendly staff. Nice hotel in the quiet place, close to the main city attractions; free coffe/tea at the room; friendly ladies at the reception. We like our room because it has two bedrooms and we have nice view of both sides of the room. Lots of little extras on the room, cheap mini bar prices, great location. Nice location, nice common areas. Nice spacious rooms. very friendly staff, good location for a city hotel. cozy room - 311 extremely friendly staff. Position in town. comfortability. Very little not to like. There was nothing that we particularly did not like. The bar and restaurant was closed on Sunday. A small lobby (actually absent) with two uncomfortable chairs. - no fitnesscenter - Small bathroom. To acess our room , number 505, we have to go up by elevator until the fourth floor and go up a stairs until our room. The lugagge boy doesnt know the room has air conditioning and it was very hot. The first night we sleept very bad with open windons; on the second night the lady at the reception turned on the AC . I thought the rooms would be in a more old fashion interiour style but ofcourse with modern standard, matching the house. small room, interior (e.g. winter garden) would benefit from a major renovation; what used to be a first-class family-run hotel is now a typical business hotel run by a large hotel chain. Too bad... Shower height adjustment broken,TV system slow to change channels and 2 controls tricky, price too high for standard offered. breakfast not rich.
