The friendliness of the hotel staff. Cheap and nice service. Coziness of the hotel and location. comfy beds and a bath. close to sightseeing spot and hotel staff helpfull and provide discout coupon for sightseeing. It was fairly easy to find on the road from Fussen. Very close to Neuschwanstein castle. Nice restaurant across the street.Yes, the rooms are too close together and it is difficult to sleep when you can hear people talking or walking on the halls or flushing the toilet.
