Very close to station, easy reach if Aldstat and long routed walking. Clean, comfy and very warm in winter! Great beds! I asked for a room change as I was initially unhappy, and at a small extra cost, it was no problem. Food wonderful here and the owners are great! Beautiful, amazing, friendly town! An absolute 'must' if you're on a budget!. Location is perfect - hotel is situated just 5 minutes walk from the town walls and drive from highway, or 10 minutes walk to the city center. Railway station is almost next to it. Lot of parking place nearby.

Location is good. Not inside the city walls, but 3 minutes near. And just cross the road to HBf (train station). Also bicycle rental is 5 minutes walk from here. We love the atmosphere of the building. The small and well kept garden where you can relax with your favorite beverage and the breakfast was excellent. Very close to the train station and away from crowded town center. Quiet and restful place.Lent us an umbrella during our rainy visit. Good breakfast. Convenient and within walking distance of the sites. Parking right across the street. Breakfast included in the price (and it was very good). It´s located near the old center town. Initial room was musty and really small. Please note the showers are tiny with old sliding doors. They do tell you! I'm 5ft 4 and even I couldn't manage. No staff at all on Monday and we needed some info, which was odd. Can be noisy from the road, and sports fans on Saturday night. So just stay out late and eat! It's heaven!. We had a room with separate toilet and shower, both of them were tiny. This not really a dislike but we happened to be there during a very hot and humid period, so beware there is no air conditioning for those that must have it. But that would not stop us from going there again. Paid for wifi but hardly got any connection. Toilet very cramped - cannot close door when using it as there was no leg room. Bed had an old sagging mattress. Staff was a little abrupt (might just be a cultural thing or lack of comfort using English). Rooms are very small. The building is over 150 years old, so shower and toilet was added much later - they are very tiny. Hard to fit in. And the floor in our room was squicky. No free wi-fi, very tiny bathroom, breakfast was overpriced. Showers were small and a bite hard to get in and out of with bad knees. no free WiFi. It was a good, clean, efficiently run hotel. No complaints. Small bathroom especially wc in a room. Shower and toilet were "recent" additions to the room and not well vented. Located at a busy intersection, so is a bit loud. Shower was smaller than me. No wifi. The shower was inside the room, not in a bathroom. Breakfast too expensive. no complaints, good value. Bathroom was very small. If you were a big person, you would be in trouble. i wish there will be free wifi, instead of a chargeable one. The room was small, and the bed very uncomfortable, I had to lie at the feet side because it felt as if the bed was sloping downwards to the head. The room is small, the bathroom is incredibly small (the basin is inside the room, near the bed). The room is not perfectly clean (we found a small bug in the bed). Smallest bathroom ever seen. private ensuite rooms- bathrooms and wc too small. not recommended for that reason. Washroom was way too small. The bathroom is extremely small, it's very hard to turn around. And the toilette and the shower are in the same room, no space to put the cloths. Most of the stuff did not speak English. Expensive poor quality Internet, no English tv channels, no bath amenities, very cold rooms with no heating option at summer time. Extra charge for Wi-Fi, why? in this day and age?. The hotel breakfeast it´s a litle expensive. Should have free wifi as well.
