  Very clean, well-appointed, beautiful location, lovely furnishings, great pool, small but comfy rooms with spotless, new bathrooms. The friendly desk staff speaks English and offers useful, hard-to-come-by info for non-German speakers about exploring the area. Breakfast, included, is stupendous. Didn't try the spa. - Location is on the bank of Elbe river, on the foot of the mountain that is so easy to climb up to Bastei in the early morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has plenty of space and the bed is sleeping-friendly. What I didn't expect but very appreciate is breakfast, there were plenty of choices and their taste were good.
