  Very friendly and helpful staff, small and calm hotel in the near of Koeln Messe and -important- the Lanxess Arena. I stayed there because of the IIHF Icehockey World Championship in Germany and I have to say that I enjoyed the time absolutely.   It was really close to the Hauptbahnhof, so it helped us a lot, considering that we were carrying heavy bags.
