  The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff. Located in a safe area, though central.   As many other people said, the bed is comfortable and double beds are actually doubles, so for us this was very important. This is a 2 star but very clean and well presented. Value for money is good.   As we were travelling a lot we spent not much time for staying in the rooms. But we were very satisfied with team spirit of the Hotel. It was pleasant to contact hotel's staff.   The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service.
