  Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome.   Really pleasant, helpful and friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast included, cheap secure parking at the hotel and it's really convenient for everything in Cologne.   The staff was very friendly and most helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was an added bonus!   Once i got to the hotel, i never had to take public transport much again, as it is a 5 min walk to shops and the Koelmesse, which was where i went everyday for 4 days.
