  All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel.   Hotel is literally at the terminal station of the tram 17 which takes you to Hauptbahnhof in less than 15 minutes.
