  We are on a 12 week cycle holiday and booked this hotel for 2 nights to rest and enjoy the thermal pools.   I liked the location and the fact that there was evening dining at thehotel. The walk to town was short, yet beautiful. The kids enjoyedgreen space and amenities outside the hotel.   Very nice hotel, easy to access with a free parking reserved to the guest of the hotel, the room had a beautifull view on the montains with a balcon around your room. The breakfast is self service buffet with a lot of choices and it's fresh. No noise and very quiet. To know : the staff speak only german and english.   Lovely, very quiet hotel with the nicest European hotel rooms we've seen yet! No children were there when we were which made it even more quiet and romantic. The location is perfect for walking Bamberg. The underground parking was very nice since there's little street parking. It was very easy to walk to the sights and the Christmas Market. A plus that we could park in the garage underneath the hotel! We had a very good and reasonably priced dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet (included in our room rate) was one of the best that we had during our trip. The chocolate shop at the hotel had a very good selection of beautifully made candies. Onsite parking is in the back of the hotel. Our family room was large, very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the town square and the mountains. The hotel has a bakery as a storefront and an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was very generous and excellent.
