  All of the helpful staff came with a smile :) We felt very welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning, they had a Very Generous breakfast buffet (included)! We ate dinner in the restaurant. The generous portions of food was Great and Very reasonably priced.   The manager was very friendly and helpful/ We arrived on a Sunday night, so their restaurant wasn't open, he was able to quickly make a recommendation and then called ahead to reserve us a table. The room was modern and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was included with the room and had a large selection for a German breakfast.

  We staid just a night there, cause our flight was early in the morning. In the morning the taxi picked us up und brought to the airport (it is included in the room prise). Also we left our car in the hotel. That was a nice thing to pick it up so close to the airport after the trip.   The size of room was a lot bigger than expected. The staff were friendly, even though they dont speak a word of English. The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of town which is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was great as well with a good spread of breads, juices and ham. Will definitely recommend to anyone who are - We loved the town of Gengenbach. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was plentiful, with a lot of variety. There are many restaurants close by. Hiking in the black forest was wonderful. There are many trails heading right out of the town, at various locations. The konus railway card was a huge deal for us. We took 4 different day trips all over the Black Forest, for free, with this card, which you get when you check in.

  Location was reasonably convenient for the railroad station, waterfront, and historic part of the city (we don't mind a bit of a walk). Beds were comfortable, and an extra bed was available for our teenage son at a reasonable cost. The room was small (by American standards), but adequate, and the bathroom was well-equipped and reasonably spacious.... 别人怎么说 » Staff were pleasant and helpful, and spoke good English (like most young Germans we me met). - Very close to the old town, there is a big parking place right next to the hotel (you can take the elevator from the parking to the hotel). The staff was helpful. All in all, if I go next time to Konstanz I would stay at this Ibis.

  Great service, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. It is actually not really a 4 stars hotel at my opinion, but it is a very good hotel for the price. - Everythings is OK. But the big problem is wifi signal is very poor in my room that i stay. If you can improve this point, it's will be perfect.
