  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  It was convenient to museums, Christmas markets, shopping, train station, and underground. Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Front desk clerks went above and beyond to help with a problem we encountered with our flight home.
