  We were very fortunate to get a suite with of view of the rivers. The room and bathroom were large and very comfortable. We enjoyed the small sitting area in a nicely decorated corner of the room.   A great base to stay to visit Passau, only 15 minutes by bus from city centre. The flowing waterfall outside makes for a lovely setting and breakfast is included. Great service, very friendly.
