NIce breakfeast in a garden. Friendiness in all respects

Very nice breakfast. Ten minutes in public transport to the city center. Clean.

No Airconditioning. No refrigerator in the room (only full mini-bar). No boiling pot. Small towels. Bad wifi reception (and long login again and again).
