  The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side.   I highly recommend Hotel Benelux. The location is ideal because it is so close to the Dom square. Parking is available on site or right around the corner in a large parking garage. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and breakfast is served to you at your table.   On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Possibly the best breakfast we've seen in (many) hotel visits. Great staff, and perfectly located in Aachen.

  A lovely hotel, chocolates at the reception desk as soon as you say hello. Free fruit and water in the rooms. Room on the bigger side, v nicely decorated. Fab shower. Breakfast v good and prepared with care. Slight language barrier with the lady preparing the eggs. Excellent location esp if arriving by train, excellent map provided. Aache - excellent staff, very good location, elegant but also practical interior. Very good breakfast and I like that it was optional (and one could decide to have - and pay for it - breakfast every morning, after checking the time budget, which is unique!). I decided to book already this hotel for the stay during the next year conference!

  The owner picked us up from the train station and brought us to the apartment, showing us round before leaving which was a nice touch. The apartment was perfect for a couple to share, everything was provided for (tea/coffee etc) as well as comfortable seating and beds. - Efficient, friendly, spotlessly clean.
