Great staff and very friendly, they always were on hand to help me with
directions and as I had organised the trip for a large group the help
was more than appreciated! Also the buffet breakfasts were amazing.
I've stayed in hostels around the world and this is by far one of
the best. Highly recommend staying here. -

typically efficient is what you would expect from a german
establishment. The staff were very good at speaking English as well
as other languages I heard.
