Excellent location and very friendly staff made this a nice place to stay during our holiday in Germany. Very convenient for the U Bahn; much closer to Marienplatz station than some reviews suggest. Rooms are bright, exceptionally clean. No wardrobe but plenty of space to hang clothes. Excellent bathroom with powerful shower. Our room was at the rear with no noise, although I doubt this would have been an issue in what seems a particularly pleasant neighbourhood. Not a cheap option but I was very satisfied
