  The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful. Our room was not available when wechecked in early and they assigned us another one very quickly. Since it's located in the very end of the block you can enjoy peace and silence even though the front is a very busy neighbourhoud with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, ...   This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's tucked away in a courtyard, so it's pretty quiet. The building is new and modern, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also a fun, hip area with lots of restaurants a few blocks - The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed. While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys. The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area

  Great location, beautiful apartment in a modern boutique design. The pictures don't do the apartment justice as it a lot bigger and better looking in real life. The girl that greeted us was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible in Berlin.   Was a good location, next to a couple of clubs (not that we could get into them), and within walking distance of the underground. Even in the kitchen everything that you normally miss in apartments was in place (e.g. toaster, teapot, coffee-machine etc). The apartment is located in the backyard, what means no noisy traffic infront of the windows at all (noise from balconies can occur thought). Bus-stop, Rent-a-bike and supermarket in 1 minute distance.

  The apartment was exactly as it was presented in the pictures and as was described by the owner. It was very clean and very quiet (it is located in a big street but doesn't overlook it). The location is perfect, the tram is 20m away and the Bahn station is 5 minutes walking distance, while at the same time you have countless small restaurants, bar... 别人怎么说 » s and cafes right at your doorstep. The owner was very helpful, giving us instructions for everything we needed, from emailing transportation instruct - I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained him by phone what's a place he needs to get to.
