  The staff is wonderful and very friendly. They are very helpful with directions, transportation tickets. Will definitely take the time to talk to you if you want. Internet great.   The hotel was spotlessly clean, The beds were exceptionaly comfortable the Breakfast was excellent. The Staff were very helpful, a quick phone call when we were running late and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Only a short tram ride into Dresden much better than driving. Secure parking, We will be returning.

  Very nice hotel, great beds, clean and comfortable rooms, cosy design, friendly and caring personnel, good location close to the park, very good breakfast! We really liked to stay there and have recommended it to our friends!
