The staff was very friendly and even though we weren't suppose to get our room until 3 pm, the front desk made an effort so we could get it sooner (at 11am). And in the room they had brought in a nice baby bett with covers and everything. Since our baby was sick at dinner time we could not go down to the restaurant to eat, but the waiter just brou

Location location location!!! The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is fabulous with an astonishing view from the window. Also we did like the breakfast.

Everything. Location- just 100 or so yards from train station, easy walking distance to both towns. There was attention to the smallest detail. Remarkable experience. Staff was exceptional.
