  Professional approach of all staff - nothing was too much trouble. Anticipated our needs prior to request. Food was excellent. Very hard to beat. Friendly and helpful at all times. A great place to visit. Would definitely come back again!

  This was a surprise. It is a wonderful old grand hotel built on the site of a ruined castle, with mediaeval tower and dungeons still there. The room we had looked over the village, typical of the the Black Forest. It is a little out of town, and way up on a hill, but that gave lovely views. They offer breakfast and dinner, both of which were great... 别人怎么说 » . A walk around the ruins was fun. Ask the owner to show you what's under the hotel. - This hotel is in a lovely location with great surroundings with wonderful views. The staff are superbly trained and very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent.
