  The Staff were terrific. They had great touring tips and treated us like family. We arrived 2 hours after the desk had closed and one of the staff stayed on-duty to help us get to our room.   The location was excellent. We booked a room with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle and it was all it was made out to be - just wonderful. There are only 6 rooms here with most only 1 flight up. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the ticket center for the castle & the King's childhood home.   The hotel is beautiful!! The staff was excellent. Very helpful. I like that most of them spoke English. My room was wonderful. I loved the bathrobes. I also liked having a bathtub.
