The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast was free and very good, bread, cheese, meats, fruit juices, tea and coffee provided.
The rooms were clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable. During my stay I had room 12, on the 1st floor, lovely room,with two single beds, room was very big, with very big windows, lots of room for two people, bathroom was big, with good shower and clean. Noise from road was not loud at all.Very close to the train station, 5 mins walk, and to the loca. 所有 评语 »
Huge room at roof level, meticulously clean and newly tiled bathroom ensuite, fine beds, 300m from Altona station and busy pub district Ottenhusen, best value for money yet in my life! Good breakfast.

The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from Altona Bahnhof. Lost of shops and restaurants in the nearby area and great transportation connections. There is a direckt train to the airport from there.

This hotel is in a good location and that makes it easy to get to
from the train or bus. Despite our other comments we have stayed here

-Staff was nice and helpful
-bedding was clean and precisely ironed.
There was no lift up the stairs had to carry the suitcase.
The noise from the road was fairly loud as we stayed during a weekend, it was worse when we stayed on the ground floor, the upper floor was much better.During my stay I also left and came back and had a different room the second time room 6 on the ground floor, the shower was a joke the shower curtain stuck to my body in the end I had to discard it!.
No elevator.

My room was in the uppermost floor, but there`s no elevator. I came with heavy luggage.
I was lucky that the friendly stuff carried my luggage to my room.

Pillows need changing as there was no support and were uncomfortable.
The hotel needs to get tough on its no smoking policy particularly at
their front door. New towels are needed.

-the biggest drawback was the punk-rock music club, named No Passaran, placed 150 m away from hotel. They start concerts around 22:00 and it is getting really loud for next 2-3 hours
-floor covering was not clean
-when I entered the room the smell inside was not nice with a lot of humidity
-insufficient choice of breakfast meals.
