The front desk is open from Monday to Friday between 13:00 and 18:00. If the guest arrives at the weekend s/he is asked to contact the property 30 minutes before arrival. Please note that the company charges an additional fee for key delivery after 19:30. Please inform the accommodation about your expected arrival time in advance. All requests for late arrival and early departure must be confirmed by the property. A washing machine service is allowed on request, surcharges may be applied. Please note that the rate for the apartment changes depending on the amount of people staying at the apartment. If the reservation is made for more than 4 people, all bedrooms will be available. Cribs/baby beds are according to availability and have to be requested. All children from 0 to 4 years are charged EUR 20 per person per night when using existing beds. All children from 4 to 10 years are charged EUR 30 per person per night when using existing beds. All further older children or adults are charged EUR 50 per person per night when using existing beds. If the apartment is thoroughly cleaned by the guests before check-out, there will be no final cleaning fee. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
