It is a well functioning hotel to sleep in. No great luxury, no great views, but personnel is kind, rooms are clean, beds are good, also fine work table for sitting with your laptop, internet works fine, breakfast is absolutely adequete. So if you are "just" looking for a good place to sleep this hotel is recomendable. Very easy access to the central train station and U-bahn (300m). Friendly staff, clean room, free wi-fi everywhere in hotel (you need to ask for a login and password at receprtion), nice breakfast (muesli, sandwiches, fresh pastry, tea/coffee). There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, but I got one at reception.

I would return. The location is very close to the train station and the historical center. Breakfast is also adequate for the price. The hotel is very clena and the double windows make it almost sound proof. Nive budget hotel, great location. Friendly staff. Offers a free rubber duck in the room on checkin :). Near the old city center. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Although the building is old but the decaration is nice to make you feel comfortable. Location was fine, beside the train station and near the city centre. The first morning there was unfortunately not hot water in my shower, but the following days there were no problems. Maybe not the best location - it's close to a train station, which is good if you travel by train/bus, but by the evening it get's not too safe to walk around in this area. Internet wifi sometimes can not work properly. No conditioner and minibar in room. Rather noisy if your room faces the street. Our room overlooked a busy street and noise could be heard well into the night. the breakfast option is not too many, and there is no natural water during our breakfast. near tram, can be a bit loud in the evening. The mattress could be somewhat more comfortable. a bit small bath room.. and there is no curtain in shower booth. It's near the train station however it was quite noisy at night because there are bars nearby!!. There is no door in shower, so the whole toilet is full of water. Breakfast could be better. A bit rowdy outside, sign not very visible from outside. Selection for breakfast is less, sometimes, there will be no vegetable after 20min. Foyer area was a bit grubby, Bit overpriced for the standard but it was a busy weekend in Frankfurt and other options were more expensive. Staff is scarse. During the night, checking should be done by machine on the street. Not easy to use. it's a little bit noisy when tram is coming. the self check-in machine was bit funny and slow. very smoky room. Was impossible to login to the Wifi. I didn't receive the password. Room was not clean, no air-conditioning and if you open window there is too much noise with traffic and trams. More of a self service hotel and lacking personal touch.
