Location and the staff was very helpfull and friendly. I will stay there again when I'm in Frankfurt
Beautiful hotel and very very nice staff. Definitely a great place ifyou need to stay in Central Frankfurt (but do not go walkabouts aroundthe hotel a night, particularly if you are a woman on your own)Frankfurt taxis are happy to take you, even for very short journeys!

Very nice and tasteful decor, very friendly staff, they kept our luggage in their storage for many hours after we left. Some people wrote that they couldn't get WiFi signal, we didn't have any problem with that, signal was good in our room. We took more photos of the hotel itself than of Frankfurt :)
The only thing that I found expensive was the breakfast - we paid less than 18 Euros per person when eating normal lunch in a restaurant in the city.
Everything was nice, it is really very interesting hotel, with interesting rooms design. So if you like different design and dont like huge hotel networks which are almost similar to each other.

It is quite convenient due to its proximity to the Central Station. The hotel is new, clean, nicely decorated, and close to many restaurants. Check-in-out, and service request is easy and convenient.
There are many drug users and homeless around the areas near to the Central Station. Occasionally, you to pass these people on the way to the hotel.

We can see jeans everywhere,but i don't know where to buy. Hotel should provide a shop and discount to purchase Levi's jeans or accessaries in the Hotel.Else,I can see housekeeping carts everywhere. Don't they have any space to store these carts? They also do not clean my trash can in my room during my stay there. They also write the wrong nationality on my bill. I love my Taiwan, not HongKong.
