  Soft pillows, excellent wifi in room, big shower with lots of hot water, good view, right next to the messe, elevators, nearby parking cheaper than hotel parking, large and soft towels, big bed, nice and helpful staff, a few English channels on television - Hotel gave me a free room upgrade.   The hotel personnel was very friendly, a separate room was made available for people who wanted to play games bought at the Essen games fair (Spiel). Great pool for relaxing (sauna too). The breakfast will keep the German breakfast reputation high. Will go back again.... - swimming pool, good breakfast
