  One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.

  It takes only 1 minute walk from the central station. The hotel staff offered full-day tram and bus free-pass ticket with the tram and bus map. It was very helpful. - Very helpful staff at reception and the free tram pass was helpful and it was across the road from the train station

  I liked the hotel, the food, the service, the room. The hotel owner goes far beyond his line of duty for the well being of his guests. I got the flu while I was in Dresden. The day we were supposed to leave I was feeling terrible and of course was not able to go anywhere.   A good find in a great location - just a short walk to the tram which runs 24 hours into the city which was just 2 Euro each way. Parking on site was limited but can be booked in advance. Very clean hotel. - A very good overall location - Large rooms, good breakfast.
