  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs. In fact, we're already thinking about a trip back to Berlin for maybe nex - Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. The ceilings were very high in the rooms giving them a very spacious feel. Double room had a large bathroom wth a big showe

  The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff. Located in a safe area, though central.
