Great location in a walking distance to KaDeWe, Kurfurstendamm Strasse and Berlin Zoo. Subway station is just few meters away from the hotel. There is a supermarket just across a street and few restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are quite big and clean with free wi-fi. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and well lit. The underground station is just across the street and it's an easy 7-10 min walk to a main train\bus station. My main reason for choosing this hotel was the proximity to the zoo which was a 4 min walk - perfect :).

Our request for extra pillow and towel were actioned immediately and they went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I had to move to a 4 star hotel for work after two nights but this Ibis had a better bed, better wifi and better location (underground station at 50 m) so I would have prefered to stay here!. I like its cleanliness esp. the toilet, its soft bed, i slept very good! I like its quietness coz I was able to rest! The staff are friendly esp in the restaurant and reception. Location is good and it is close to station. The room is clean. The wifi works well. There is a supermarket nearby. KaDeWe is just in opposite side. Perfect location, the best value for money ever, friendly stuff, very clean, new furniture Highly recommended - gonna stay in this hotel again. I like the location and the facilities, the staff and the great value for money. I will stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Berlin. Smaller rooms, bathroom with poor sound isolation. No tea/ coffee in rooms- major dissasisfier for everyone I know, including me. Twice ordered tea/ snack and it was not delivered even though I was the only person in the bar area. No bath - nowhere to saok feet after day at work/ shopping. Taxi driver had difficulty finding it.allday food. A very smal room.316 number. No bar in the room. No tea or cofy in the room. I asked what the difference with the neighbouring and sister hotel Ibis Budget it, besides €20 in price, and they lied to me. They made it sound like this hotel has a Spa; later it emerged they meant I would have a bathtub in the bathrooom (which neither I care about, nor was it even true in my room). Go to the Ibis Budget. You'll save €20.
