i have absolutley no complaints at all, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, lots to choose from, not too far from some nice area of berlin, we will be staying here again, its great value for money and weve already talked about coming back

Very clean room, good helpful staff, excellent breakfast provided, good hot shower.
Nice small hotel, short walk to Potsdamer Platz and U-Bahn connection around the corner. Another review said it was in the middle of red-light district but I disagree. There is one sex shop nearby and some visible prostitutes one block over but this is Berlin, not Orlando so it was not an issue for us. We're non-smokers but wound up with a smoking room which was the only unpleasant thing.
Good location, near bus and metro station, 10 min walk to Sony Center. Good breakfast. Very clean. Good service, value for money.
Bed matresses very old and uncomfortable
Very friendly russian-speaking stuff, location (Berlin-Center, 3 min to reach U-bahn). Good breakfast. Comvenient parking is under the hotel.
Quite unpleasant smell in the room. Old towels.Please place in a rooms labels "Don't disturb". Nevertheless, all the remarks are insignificant. We don't have complains.

Needs some modernising
Nice central hotel. Clean and cozy. Value for money. Continental plus Breakfast. 24hour reception for real. Helpful staff, always with a smile. You can buy your Visit Berlin card at the reception desk. About 20 minutes walk from all the main attractions. Excellent bus (and night line) and metro connection. Mini market (all night open) just outside as well as super market, pharmacy etc.
The towels were small and thin but clean. So it wasn't really a problem
