  We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

The metro station with connection to all Berlin lines is located one block from the hotel. We didn´t have breakfast in the hotel (it wasn´t included in the rate) but there were many options near the hotel. The rooms are clean and confortable and we didn´t have any problem in the sorrounds (quiet and safety).
