Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. ... 别人怎么说 » fet - a must! I willstay here on my next visit to Dusseldorf! - I stayed in this hotel very often and enjoy it every time more and more. The hotel is very tidy (you can tell by watching the hotel guest runnig around bare feet), stuff is more then friendly und breakfast ist just unbelievable. "Kiss the cook it says" in the restaurant. I say "kiss the whole staff!" i'll be back there - that's for sure.
