Our stay was perfect. The hotel is quite small, so do not expect 24 hr room service or spa and a ipool. But the room size is perfect, large balcony ( seaside is strongly recommended), sound of waves even through closed baclcony doors, that's how close it is to the water. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Very clean. Everyone who works there is super nice. We stayed there with two kids (14 and 10)for 12 nights. Plenty of things to do around there, if you have a car. Would definitely recommend i.

Beautiful marina with great restaurants nearby. I can't say enough about this great stay. The place is a hidden gem Sea view rooms are a must You can almost touch the sea. Friendly helpful staff. Perfect breakfast on the terrace. Views to Antibes and to Nice Loved everything about it. You come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. If you want a hotel really on the beach this is the one. Balconies having sun from morning till afternoon - balcony is facing east. Parking on the street is plentyful and for free. Restaurant was good. Personal extremely helpful. I liked everything! It's a luxurious cosy hotel, excellent for relaxation The gourmet restaurant deserves best praises! I was delighted with my stay at the hotel and plan to revisit it frequently.It fully corresponds 4 stars. The position of the hotel was outstanding. Our balcony was a few mtrs from the water. VERY clean. Staff VERY helpful. I left a cardi in the room when we left. They posted it back to me without delay. The staff was very sincere and helpful. We forgot a charging wire. When we went back to recover it they had it ready for us. The room was clean and new. Parking on the street fee and easy. The receptionist was super friendly and restaurant food was amazing.. not to mention the view from my room and the breakfast facing the sea... Location cannot be beat - steps above the beach. Brand new, clean boutique hotel. Good breakfast included and on the terrace over the sea. Location, only waves sounds during day and night, very chilled and easy atmosphere. room is clean and tidy. simple design but good enough for a beach side stay. Locality, excellent service, cleanliness. The view and closeness to the sea. On the beach, it's just amazing!!. Clean, new, near the sea ... seaview, clean, cosy. Location and view Clean. seaside. There is nothing not to like there. Couldn't find a thing wrong with the stay. No swimming pool but there is a wonderful sun terrace leading to the sea only a few steps down to the shore. Nothing. Nothing to dislike unless you hate the sea. Room service not available, snack/food not available during the afternoon. We would have liked a tea making facility in the room. Bidet was leaking and bath was extremely small. Could barely fit in the shower and I am 5.6 and weigh 115. We had a problem trying to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. At 19:30 they were pretending to be full and not accepting a reservation for 21:00. Finally I insisted and they accepted to serve us, but that was a strange behaviour for a half-empty restaurant that costs 60 euro per person. Anyhow in the end the waiters and the food were great!. nothing. No electricity socksts near the mirror in the bedroom to use hair dryer etc.,. no room service, no late (after 10:00) any breakfast! to expensive......
