The staff, notably Freddie, could not have treated us with more care. the room was nicely deco;rated and beds were comfortable. It was quiet. We were situated near the chateau, which was our purpose in going to Versailles. All good things about this location. The perfect location - just few metres from the palace. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel serves good food, normal prices, very friendly staff. The room was very clean and not tiny, big bathroom in mirrors - really nice!.
所有评语 » As promised, right next to main gate of Versailles. Small but clean and quiet room with tiny yet fully efficient bathroom, in some ways better than some luxury placed we stayed. We loved the walk on shower. Nice hotel. Room was a little larger than the typical European hotel room and was comfortable. Location was great! You cannot stay any closer to Versailles than this hotel. Just walk across the street. Charming hotel with a wonderful location very close to the Palace of Versailles. Nice staff and great restaurant as well. Couldn't have been more pleased!. Great location near castle of Versailles. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds and shower. Versailles is a nice town with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, the place has a nice "atmosphere". I'd go back there if I have to visit Versailles again. Perfect location across the street from the palace. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions around town and into Paris. I had to change my reservation last minute and it was no problem. The quietness in the room, the very close location to the Chateau, the restaurant just downstairs. So close to Versailles Chateau, staff so helpful and kind, very comfortable, good breakfast. Receptionist Miss Tania is the most helpful person working in tourist business ever met. Staff was very helpful, location was great, hotel decor was quaint and enjoyable. The staff was wonderful but the situation was VERY bad. Very nice room, in style with Versailles. next by versailles, very convenient for tour. big toilet room. Great Location for Chateau. Proximity to Versailles. I liked everythign. if the breakfast is included in the room price - this would be perfect. Labyrinthine access to our room, tangled with ongoing conference activities. It made us feel like we were sleeping in the back room, behind the bar, which essentially we were. Hotel has an elevator but after taking the elevator to our floor, we had to go down stairs to get to our room. We had not expected to do that with our luggage. Parking on the street. Breakfast wasn't great. Tea and coffee should be hotter and more variety. Everything was fine, no complaints. There was one issue in the quad room we stayed in. A noise that was the A/C condensate pump. every 2 minutes day and night, a vibration noise that was excruciatingly irritable. They addressed it, but never fixed the problem. Gave me discount, but don't stay in room 205. The noise will drive you insane. Some of the rooms are in a bit of an odd location in the hotel, but are quickly found. during the morning noise of works in progress inside the hotel. Breakfast needed more staffing -- one person was running front office and taking care of entire breakfast room -- having said that meal was still fine, it just seemed a large task fro one person. The hotel booked a wedding which was so loud and went on all night long! People were yelling until 4 AM. No one got any sleep. The next night there was a fire alarm and a fireman knocked on our door at 3 AM, but I didn't understand what he wanted so didn't open the door. Good thing there was no fire because we went back to sleep. I can not recommend the hotel to anyone until these problems are fixed. Staff not overly friendly albeit not rude. The 1st room smelled like a sewer in the bathroom. The 2nd room was fine. The kid at the front desk was unfamiliar with the city parking policies, which put us out on time and $. And cold hot dogs is not a breakfast food!.
