We really enjoyed our stay at Appart’hôtel Hevea, which offers great value for money. The room, looking out over a street fountain, was quite big, absolutely clean and very quiet. It included a convenient kitchenette with microwave and fridge (it's so nice to be able to cool a bottle of water or wine in the room). Breakfast at the hotel is wonderful, don't skip it. It's fresh and it's served on the top floor of the building, where you can sit inside or out on the terrace and enjoy the morning s.
所有评语 » Friendly welcome at reception. Bright clean room and kitchenette with all utensils provided for easy basic self catering if required. Secure parking (pre booked and at extra charge). Location on edge of town and traffic. The bathroom, the breakfast area and deck,excellent breakfast, proximity to Romans and shoe shopping, the lovely town square and restaurants, shops in town, and the incredible hotel staff!. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast on the roof is great. The hotel is close to the town center. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large. Staff were exceptional Good design and furnishings Breakfast room wqs delightful-but was only open such a short part of the day. Lovely bed. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are functional and clean and there's an option for parking for only €6 per night. Friendly, welcoming staff. Tea & coffee making facilities + small kitchen in room. Comfortable (firm) bed. Central location. Friendly staff. Clean. Full-size double bed. Cooking facilities adequate for 2. Good noise insulation if window closed. clean room modern room well equipped for as hort stay easy to find very late arrival without any hassle. Liked Room and Cleanliness. Liked the First day reception & Welcome Liked The Place the hotel is. The room was nicely and modernly decor. The rate was excellent in terms of facility. Value for money, clean, good air-con, free wifi and breakfast on the roof terrace. Great Staff, easy to find and excellent location with good parking. Well priced and convenient for eating out in the evening. Frienldyness. They were exceptionally helpfull. Ambiance. We tried the free fitness room in the hotel, but it was just a small space with three machines (bike, steps, rowing). Then again, that was just a little extra and not the reason why we booked the hotel. The cafe is not open in the evenings. The rooms can be a little noisy. Car park experience was hideous- hard to park near the hotel whilst getting access, tight corners to get out, very dark trying to unlock security barrier. No easy exit if you dont have the electronic door opener. Two people got stuck in the courtyard the emergency door opens onto while we were there.... They had a young baby with them and were quite distressed. Car park arrangements need reviewing from a customer perspective. I got nothing to complain about... Underground car park - the entrance and turn at the bottom of the ramp are very tight. Room was pretty noisy - not very well sound-proofed to prevent road noise from entering room. Air-conditioning a little intrusive. no coffee machine in the room. Didnot like the Food only few varities (normally hotels will have more varities) One receiptionist is not bother to Say "Hello" also. noise from road in front of the hotel. Nothing. Money went missing while out of the room at breakfast. Parkeergarage slecht toegankelijk. Parking. car park is complicated. no lights in the garage. no way out from the garage, only the main gate. no access to the elevator from the garage.
