  The coutreous, friendly staff went out of their way to assist. For us the location was great in a quiet spot, easy to park car. We were only in Toulouse for one night stopover and was a great choice. Excellent value for money. Spotless rooms, breakfast included, wifi access. - This was a very family friendly hotel.   The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine. Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. There were bars with people drinking outside having fun and it's not a well-to-do area. We felt... 别人怎么说 » perfectly safe and saw women going home alone late at night. A good 20 minutes walk to the centre, more if you stop at shops and cafes, but metro is - Privilege Appart was very convenient. It was quite close city centre, many local restaurants of all type from pizza to fine dining, and tourist attractions. Reception other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.

  We had just arrived from an Edinburgh flight. I had never been in Toulouse before and there were a fair number of diversions. However we found the place , had a good meal not far away and a good nights sleep. We were travelling to a family wedding N/E of albi on route d999 and it was easy to get out of the town and onto the road we needed. Staff were helpful and always available. Restaurant in the hotel around the corner was really good. Easy access to the team line and metro links into town.
