The location is a bit outside of the city centre, so you have to do a bit of walking, but nothing regular young people cannot handle.

a bit tight on size, should have gone for the larger one frugal with restocking soap in bathroom, also the ridiculous tubes of shampoo will not stand and end up falling/spilling

It is located close to the railway station and there were too many homeless people around.

We liked the facilities like washing machine and kitchen equipment. Particular we liked the design.
Breakfast is good but not always with fresh products.
2 bed room and kitchen facilities. The Pool. The availability of towels. The deco and furniture. Very friendly staff. The location, very close to main attractions. The security of the building. Parking was very straight forward.
The street could have been cleaner (lots of dogs mess) and more attractive shops/premises. Hotel sign did not mention Privilege which was slightly confusing as we missed the hotel when first driving down the one way street.

Your Toulouse Hotel is very difficult to access and find, and you need to send guests information in advance about car parking etc. The room telephone came without instructions and I could not access a message left on it.
Fantastic hotel, topped by the most incredible staff. Agathe at reception is just so lovely and helpful. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious with a nice balcony and comfortable beds. The kitchenette was so well equipped. The apartment was so nice it was hard to leave!!! If we are ever in Toulouse again there is no hesitation - it will be this hotel.
Privilège Appart-Hôtel Clément Ader was a very pleasant surprise after being 10 hours driving from Nice. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel has a lovely pool, basic gymnasium and laundry facilities which is a great help. Very good wifi.
The shower is unsuitable as it has a shower curtain and tends to 'flood' the bathroom. There is a need for more mirrors in the apartment.
The swimming pool was enjoyed by all the family.

Stayed in great apartment - 2 bedrooms & sofa-bed. Nice and spacious - clean and cozy. Great location - near town and by station for airport bus.

Car park cost 16 euro a day,really think this should be free when you are staying in apartments.
cleanliness and excellent range of facilities
Nice, clean and well designed units suitable for a relaxed home away from home type stay during our business visit. The room was serviced daily and always kept clean.

Location- some strange characters particularly some people who walk up and down the street all day with dogs. Watch out for dog poo on the sidewalk of Rue de Bayard.

Excellent situation 6min walk from train station and metro in Boulevard. Facilities great. Able to use kitchen to cook as Lidl and Carrefour nearby for food shopping. Heated outdoor pool we used every day. Superb hotel for stay in Toulouse.

The apartment was well equipped and allowed us to enjoy our stay in Toulouse. Staff were very helpful. The location was great and there were shops and small restaurants nearby.
Our 'two room apartment' felt spacious and proved practical. It was quiet, air-conditioning worked well and it was maintained well. Access to the main attractions in Toulouse was excellent and staff were helpful when approached.
Upon first entry to our room we noticed an odour from cigarette smoke. Throughout our stay this appeared to rise up from the central courtyard; forcing us to keep windows closed.
quiet inside hotel. Very close to Airport coach stops and coach and railway stations. Staff very helpful with tourist questions and made phonecalls for us to check out things.
pool a bit basic but ok for a city hotel. Slightly dodgy areas nearby but can avoid them easily.

Modern and convenient with basic needs addressed well. Great location to the major sights yet a short distance from the train station.
A/C unit did not produce enough cold air but did circulate the air in the room.

The staff were lovely, the apartment was very clean and spacious and although the location is not great, it is central and the hotel (and parking) feels very safe.

Some walls need painting. No instructions on how to use various appliances, which was frustrating. Also, no usuable can opener.
