  Barjols is such a delightful town, full of fountains and Emmanuel and his wife have lovingly restored a bed and breakfast right in the town. They fixed us coffee and croissants each morning in their charming garden -- all terraced and more water flowing from the hillside. This is off the beaten track, but oh so wonderful to experience.
