The staff was extremely polite and kind. Same Ibis facility as everywhere. WiFi is available and it's free of charge. Easily you could part of Wodli parking place. If you do so don't forget to ask for parking ticket on the reception granting you a price discount. Lovely big room with double windows and balcony overlooking plaza at gare central Strasbourg. perfectly located for exploring this most civilised of cities.

Excellent location for the train station and for AutoEurope office. Easy to walk into old town. Les Dix Restaurant next door. Great location, overlooking the central station. our kids had a brilliant room. We were in walking distance to the main city attractions. The location was excellent and the room was large and comfortable. All that is needed for a short city stay. No complaints. Railway station and city center proximity, (night) view on the square, facilities. Great all the way around. More that excellent. Good location. The only thing I like about the hotel is the location very nice location they need to improve their service. Hotel is near to train station and not far from the city. Price Bed comfort Localisation. Location is convenient as it is on walking distance from the historical city center. Nothing. The place is frequently used to be place of staying for the group of tourists which might frustrate you especially on breakfast. Didn't find something not matching my own expectations. The breakfast not quite "Ibis" style (although better than in many French 3 star hotels); only a 3 bed available room when I booked a single. No tea/coffee making facilities in our room. I was ask to buy soap for my bath and tooth past which I believe I have paid for in the price. there is no refrigerator, kettle or free beverages in the room for guests, too few furnitures & clothes hangers. Some keys on keyboard of computer are spoil & the staffs on duty are not able to find replacement keyboard. Finally it works after many many attempts to get them working. Different agents offer different room price for same type of hotel room. Small screen tv Upgraded room with an handicapped one and not mentionned at the reception Dirty carpet a bit confusing to have 3 Ibis at 100m from each other. The room is very standard, it does not offer many extras. However, since our trip was very short it did not matter. I was with my 24 year old soon and I booked a room with a queen bed and a second bed. I have been given a room with a sofa bed? I had to go back to the reception or getting the room I had booked. They have tried to downgrade me, it isnot acceptable.
