  The customer service was personalized and excellent. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make our visit a very memorable and fruitful experience. The restaurant was just out-of-this world, we ate dinner there for 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was quiet with a great view of the mountains. The room was right for the price but what really make our stay is the fabolous restaurant downstairs. Traditional french cuisine at his best, with an excellent menu. Few plates well chosen.

  Nice, calm location in the Chamonix valley, with great views to the surrounding mountains. Bus stop within a few minutes walk to access the whole valley, restaurants within 15, a supermarket within 25 minutes. The room is nice and clean, definitely better than what the one-star rating would suggest.   This was our first family ski holiday. Our children are 5 & 8. We booked lessons for us all. The location was perfect to walk to ski lift every morning. There was a nice sledge area by our chalet. Pool was clean & nice area to relax after skiing.
