  The customer service was personalized and excellent. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make our visit a very memorable and fruitful experience. The restaurant was just out-of-this world, we ate dinner there for 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was quiet with a great view of the mountains.   Nice, calm location in the Chamonix valley, with great views to the surrounding mountains. Bus stop within a few minutes walk to access the whole valley, restaurants within 15, a supermarket within 25 minutes. The room is nice and clean, definitely better than what the one-star rating would suggest.   This was our first family ski holiday. Our children are 5 & 8. We booked lessons for us all. The location was perfect to walk to ski lift every morning. There was a nice sledge area by our chalet. Pool was clean & nice area to relax after skiing.
