  The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few things to... 别人怎么说 » choose from. Cleaning could be better (saw some hairs here and there), but it also gets a “Pass” from me. The next morning we asked for the housekeep - We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

  Large modern well arranged space, with flat screen TV. Staff and atmosphere relaxed and helpful. Much better than Holiday Inn at Disneyland - The family room was very spacious and the facilities were great.

  very clean~ - everything about this hotel is perfect for families, the staff are very freindly and always happy to deal with any queries, the rooms were very comfortable and the shuttle bus to the parks were quite frequent, the foyer of the hotel is very immpressive with all the mythical statues and paintings, there was loads for the children to do... 别人怎么说 » , with the games room, pool tables, swimmimg pool and table tennis - The hotel was really close to Disney and the shuttle provided made it really easy to go to and from the park. The park is located next to the train station which was a plus. The hotel staff was very helpful. Great atmosphere for kids. The breakfast (opened 7-11am ) was great if you arrived before 830 am (crowded after that). The family room was perfect for us and the bunk beds were a plus. : )

  The hotel was perfectly located for Disneyland Paris. We are a family of 4 and found our stay very comfortable. The family suite was very well equipped and was very spacious. There were ample car parking spaces, we actually had two cars with a lot of luggage and we were able to park our cars right under our room. The shopping centre was only a ... 别人怎么说 » 5 minute drive away and there were restaurants there. There were a lot of mixed reviews especially about wifi. We had wifi in our room, so maybe thi - Stuff is very nice and helpful and willing to speak English! Room is very suitable and comfortable for young family like us! The main bed is very comfy and my wife and kids loved it! The kitchen is full of what you need to cook the dinner. Actually we saved some money by using that kitchen.The shuttle bus is convenient and is always on time. Overall, this hotel shows a well management and we got the value for what we paid for. It is very good hotel! We recoomend it to our friends for sure!

  What we saw on the pictures is what we got, it even exceeded our expectations, the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, the shuttle to and from Disney and Val D'europe were available, the surroundings were calm and there were even Arabic channels. - the building was situated in a nice and fresh surrounding.
