The reception staff were very helpfull, at all times, the location superb. The staff was eager to please and helpful. Also the location was perfect near all the action and the beach!. Answered above in number 1 space. It was an quit and nice hotel to stay. location directly on the promenade. no alarm clock.The computer wasn;t working and even when the repairman came to fix it, it was impossible to use.
