  this hotel is beyond my expectation with good location and friendly stuff. I do not feel any noise as described by other comment. It is a good choice to stay in St Malo. - Great location inside the Old wall of St Malo. Has a garage which is a major plus and is in a quiet position but minutes from everything.

  Friendly staff, English spoken. Recommended an excellent restaurant nearby when we said we wanted French food. Ample breakfast (for France) justified the higher-than-average price. - Staff could not have been more helpful.   Hotel L'Hermine is a very pleasant place to stay. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a happy atmosphere evident as soon as you enter the hotel. The hotel provides a good value breakfast. There is a plentiful supply of hot water for showers. We were also lucky enough to have a view of 6 seagull chicks on the roof outside our room, learning to fly. There was a lock-up garage for our bikes and parking directly outside the hotel.
